Each individual may hold only one phdteam account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending review.
All transactions on phdteam are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱100. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and applicable processing timelines.

Once approved, KYC status is permanently recorded for the account and re-submission is not required for future withdrawals.
phdteam reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage where there is reasonable cause to doubt the identity, age, or location of a Player. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not include the right to:

phdteam may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be placed on hold. Upon conclusion of the investigation, phdteam will either restore the account and release the balance, or provide the Player with a written explanation of any decision to close the account and withhold funds.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting phdteam support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (net of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by phdteam is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation. The Privacy Policy is accessible at /privacy-policy.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than thirty (30) days from the date the dispute is first raised in writing.
phdteam operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming and financial regulations. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of Philippine law, the mandatory provision of Philippine law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
